Gathering Responses
The Infinite Dreamz Customer
Feedback module is designed to provide real time feedback from
customers. The approach allows for regular information gathering,
for example, a monthly or quarterly customer survey, as well as
tactical information gathering. Examples would be: what do our
customers currently feel about the markets in which we operate?
How is a new product being received? Why did a customer decide to
do business elsewhere?
